What does the interview process look like for a C-suite role?
It is more extensive than a typical interview. Expect an initial “Vibe Check” with a Hansing partner, followed by deep-dive competency interviews, and finally, sessions with the client’s Board or Founders. We provide full coaching and briefing at every stage.
Do you assist with salary and package negotiations?
Yes. We act as a bridge between you and the employer. We help structure comprehensive packages—including base salary, bonuses, equity/stock options, and executive perks—ensuring they are competitive within the Singapore market.
I am an expat; do you handle Work Pass applications?
